Research news

New studies on testosterone therapy, anabolic steroids, peptides and GLP-1 medicines, and official news from medicine regulators. Each item links to the original, with a short plain-English note on what it looked at. We check every item before it goes up, so the list grows a few times a week.

A reading list, not advice. These are published studies and official announcements, chosen because people who use Enhanced Training Studio ask about them. A single study rarely settles anything, and many of these substances are prescription-only, controlled or not approved for people at all. Enhanced Training Studio doesn't sell, supply or recommend any substance. Talk to your doctor about your own treatment.

Where it comes from

Studies come from PubMed, the US National Library of Medicine's index of medical research. Regulator news comes from the official feeds of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The notes describe what each study or announcement says; they don't judge how strong the evidence is. For that, see the compound library, where every page has an evidence label.
