These terms are between you and Adam White, trading as Enhanced Training Studio ("we"). By buying or using the app you agree to them.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, or rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
The licence
A personal licence lets you use the licensed app on up to 3 devices at once, and includes updates released in the 12 months after purchase. You can keep using any version you received after that. Licence keys are for your own use and mustn't be shared or resold. We may switch off a key that is being shared, resold or used to attack our systems, after telling you why.
The free edition and its source code are published separately under the Functional Source License 1.1 (MIT Future License), which governs what you can do with that code.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD and paid in bitcoin at the exchange rate when the invoice is created. The invoice holds that rate for 30 minutes.
What the app is, and isn't
The app is a personal record-keeping tool. It records what you enter and shows patterns in your own data. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any disease or condition, and it doesn't recommend or supply any substance, dose or protocol. Estimates it shows, such as levels, readiness, calories or a one-rep max, are rough guides based on simple formulas and what you entered.
Always get advice from a qualified health professional about your health and any medicines. Many substances people log, including testosterone and other anabolic steroids, are prescription-only or controlled in Australia and in many other countries. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We don't sell, supply or promote any substance.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy or use the app.
Your data
Your data lives on your phone. You're responsible for keeping backups; the app can make them for you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, and apart from the consumer guarantees above, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the app again, or refunding what you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes don't take away rights for a licence you've already bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
