The TRT tracker that stays on your phone
Log every testosterone injection in two taps, get reminded when the next one's due, see exactly what to draw, rotate your sites and watch your estimated levels between shots. Free forever, no account, nothing sent anywhere.
Everything about your TRT, in one log
Any protocol, with reminders
Weekly, twice a week, every other day, daily, set weekdays or every few days. Morning or night. A reminder when it's due, and missed doses flagged so you can log them late or skip them.
What to draw, worked out
Enter your strength once (200 or 250 mg/mL, or a mixed powder) and every dose shows the volume in mL and the mark on your insulin syringe, drawn to scale.
Rotation without thinking
Glutes, upper and lower ventrogluteal, delts, lats and quads for IM, or the abdomen, love handles and thighs for subQ. The app suggests the next site and remembers where you've been.
Estimated levels between shots
A chart of how much is likely still active from your logged doses and the half-life, so you can see your peaks and troughs and what a missed dose does. Try the calculator.
Vials counted for you
Each dose comes off the open vial. See how long your stock lasts, when to reorder, cost per month and expiry dates. Lab-tested a vial? Enter the real strength and your draw adjusts.
A clean report to take in
A PDF of your doses and schedule for appointments, plus a daily check-in for energy, mood, libido and sleep to show how you feel against your levels.
Your protocol is nobody else's business
Most TRT apps want an account and keep your doses on their servers. Enhanced Training Studio doesn't. There's no sign-up and no cloud of ours: your log lives on your phone, behind an app lock if you want one, with encrypted backups to your own Google Drive.
No account
Install and start. Nothing to sign up for, no email needed.
Source available
The free edition's code is public on GitHub, so anyone can check what it does.
Optional extras, paid once
A one-time licence adds blood tests (with trough-timed reminders), training and health. No subscription.
Set up your TRT in three steps
Add your testosterone
Pick testosterone cypionate or enanthate (the half-life fills in), enter your strength, dose and schedule.
Add anything else
hCG, an AI, orals or supplements, each with its own schedule and reminder.
Log as you go
Tap Log dose when you inject. The draw, the site and your stock are already worked out.
TRT tracker FAQ
Is the TRT tracker really free?
Yes. Tracking your protocol is free forever: injections, orals and supplements, reminders, the syringe draw, site rotation, stock, estimated levels, the daily check-in, the doctor report and backups. No trial, no ads and no account. A one-time licence only adds training, blood tests and health.
Do I need to make an account?
No. There's no account and no cloud of ours. Everything stays on your phone, with an optional app lock and encrypted backups to your own Google Drive.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, as a web app: open it in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. Protocol tracking is free there too. The Android app has a few extras, like notifications that work when the app is closed.
Can it track hCG, an AI or other compounds alongside testosterone?
Yes. Add as many compounds as you like, each with its own schedule: testosterone, hCG, anastrozole, peptides, orals or supplements. Once a day, twice a day, every few days or on set weekdays.
Does it work for daily or twice-weekly subQ injections?
Yes. Set any schedule, choose subcutaneous or intramuscular, and the app works out the draw in mL and insulin-syringe units for your strength, and rotates through the sites you use.
What if a lab test shows my vial is under or overdosed?
Enter the tested strength for that batch. The app keeps your dose in mg the same and changes how much you draw, and corrects the doses you've already logged from that vial.
Does the app tell me what dose to take?
No. It's a record of what you and your prescriber decide, with the maths done for you. It doesn't give dosing or medical advice.
A record of what you do and how your body responds. It doesn't give dosing or medical advice.
