On a computer
Enhanced Training Studio runs on Windows, Mac and Linux as the web app at https://app.enhancedtraining.app. It's the same app as on your phone, in a browser, with the parts that need Android left out. It suits the big-screen jobs: looking back over your charts and blood tests, or getting ready for a doctor's appointment.
Install it
- Open https://app.enhancedtraining.app in Chrome or Edge.
- Click Install on this computer on the Today screen. If you don't see it, click the Install icon at the right of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install.
- Open it from your Start menu, Dock or app launcher. It runs in its own window, works offline and updates itself.
On a Mac, Safari can install it too: File → Add to Dock. Firefox can open the web app but can't install it, so use Chrome or Edge there. An installed app keeps your data safe from the browser's "clear website data".
Your data
Everything stays in that browser on that computer. Nothing is uploaded, and it doesn't sync with your phone. To move your log across:
- On your phone, export a backup (Setup → App settings → Export backup in the web app, or Share backup in the Android app).
- On the computer, go to Setup → App settings → Restore and pick that file.
The two copies are separate after that, so keep logging on one of them (usually your phone) and restore again when you want the computer up to date. Export a backup from the computer too if you add anything there.
What's included
Everything in the iPhone web app table works on a computer too: your protocol, the doctor report, and with a licence, training, blood tests (PDF import is easy when the lab emails you the PDF) and the health report.
Left out on a computer: watch data, live heart rate, GPS runs, app lock, Google Drive backups and the on-device AI. Reminders go into your Calendar instead of notifications: Setup → App settings → Reminders → Add reminders to Calendar downloads a file your calendar app opens.
Licence
Your protocol is free. For training, blood tests and the health report, enter your licence key under Setup → App settings → Licence. The computer uses one of your licence's 3 device slots and shows as "Web browser" on the My licence page.
