Reminders don't appear

• Allow notifications for the app in Android settings.
• On Android 12 and later, allow Alarms & reminders for the app.
• Turn off battery optimisation for the app: Settings → Apps → ETS → Battery → Unrestricted. Samsung, Xiaomi and OnePlus phones are especially strict about this.

GPS stops in my pocket

Set battery use to Unrestricted as above, and don't swipe the app away from recent apps during an activity.

Heart rate connected but no readings

See Live heart rate. For Fitbit, the usual fix is turning on Always visible.

Health data missing or old

Tap Sync now on the Health screen. Then check Health Connect's permissions, both for this app and for your watch's app.

"App not installed" when updating

The new file must be signed by us, like the one you have. If you installed a copy from somewhere else, back up, uninstall it, then install ours and restore.
