Daily check-in
The check-in records how you feel each day, so you can see it against your doses and blood tests. It's in the free edition and the iPhone web app too.
Checking in
The Today screen asks How are you today? Tap Check in and rate, from 1 (low) to 5 (high):
- Energy
- Mood
- Libido
- Sleep quality
Skip any you don't want to rate: tap a chosen number again to clear it. If you injected in the last 3 days, you can also note a site reaction (sore, lump, red or warm, itchy, bruised) for that injection, and add a short note.
Tap Not today to hide the card until tomorrow. To check in for an earlier day, pick the day in the Calendar tab and tap Add a check-in for this day. Turn the check-in off in Setup → Check-in.
Seeing the pattern
Under Estimated levels on the Today screen, the chart shows your check-ins as orange dots on a 1 to 5 scale, next to your estimated levels and blood tests. Choose Avg (the average of your scores) or a single score, or Off. Touch the chart to see that day's scores.
In the doctor report
The doctor report can include weekly averages of your scores and a list of site reactions. Turn How I felt (check-ins) on or off when you make the report. Notes are included when Notes on injections is on.
Reminder
On Android, turn on Check-in reminder in App settings → Notifications for a nudge at your night time on days you haven't checked in.
